2. CanadarareA native or inhabitant of the Greater Toronto Area, the most populous urban region in Southern Ontario, Canada.

   There seem to be a lot of Toronto people online in various corners of the Internet. I've bumped into at least ten other GTAers in various international fora, without really looking.

   Downtown Toronto and anywhere near the lake is indeed that balmy. Spring was late @ my parent's house in Mississauga (western suburb for non-GTAers) and I think last hard frost was a week/10 days ago.
