Gaosyong

Unlike Osaka and Nagoya in relation to Tokyo, Taiwan's number two and three cities, Kaohsiung (Gaosyong たかお 高雄) and Taichung (Taijhong たいちゅう 台中) bear little similarity to Taipei.

In Kaohsiuang and Pingtung, there are the key position of military units and schools in Taiwan so six of them can reach CRS only Gaosyong (IRS) store belongs to IRS and has the worst operation performance (Te=0.565) in South area. In Gaosyong, there has R.O.C. Air Force Academy, Air Force Institute of Technology, and Gaosyong Air Force Base etc.

The Water Goblins— named Gao Mei (Little Sister Gao) and Syong Ge (Big Brother Syong) after the host city Kaohsiung (GaoSyong)—are creatures that symbolize water and light and that personify the maritime capital as a city of the sea and the sun.
