   In February, we received a letter signed the poor and lower middle peasants of Xiaoxiguan Brigade located in Huojia County, Henan, exposing Liu Wenhao, a national government cadre in their brigade and the vice-director of the county external trade bureau, for his squandering and wastefulness in holding a wedding feast for his son. We sent the letter to the Chinese Communist Party Committee of Xinxiang Region, asking them to help us investigate. The Xinxiang Regional Committee, together with the Huojia County Committee, organized an investigation team to do some on-the-spot research.
