Liuchia

Chungshe is one of eleven villages in Liuchia township, Tainan county (see Maps 2 and 3). It lies about 30 kilometers northeast of Tainan city.

When Ch'en Ch'ing-hung [7115 1987 7703], from the military reserve center in Tainan County's Liuchia Township, registered to campaign for a seat on the legislature, Chao Hai-yu accompanied Ch'en as he made the rounds calling upon party members.

Out of all the places I visited, the most unforgettable was Liuchia, where I saw the smile of the goddess Matzu. Liuchia is located in Tainan County (in southern Taiwan) in the vicinity of the famous Coral Lake Dam. The two co-workers assigned to go with me to Liuchia were Chang Ying Ao and Huang Ta Fu. My spiritual master also went to Liuchia with me.
