Personnel of unit 8207 supporting the left at (Tunghsihu) have run Mao-thought study courses for the local poor and lower-middle peasants and "rapidly dug out class enemies who were sabotaging the campaign to grasp revolution and promote production."

The revolutionary committees of Hungshan District and (Tunghsihu) farm both held "broadcast mobilisation rallies" to propagate the fine record of Li to the poor and lower-middle peasants. In the "Hungchi" shop in Wuchang, the staff set up a propaganda station to conduct propaganda among customers.

The Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Mid-level People's Court jointly held a public trial and sentencing in Hankou's Chung Shan Park on the morning of November 27, and arrested 21 criminals including the robber Chen Ta-chiao in accordance with the law. Liu Hung-Shun was sentenced to death with immediate execution for[…] walked to Hsinkou Farm at Tunghsihu. There Liu took out his knife and hacked the unsuspecting Shih to death, stole from him 300 yuan and a watch, and made his escape; he was later tracked down by the public security agencies and arrested. For this heinous crime, the Tunghsihu District People's Court sentenced Liu to death on October 16.
