1. biologyThe portion of the tibia of an arachnid that is closest to the body.

   All new species can be differentiated from the other species of the genus by the number of pseudo-articles in basitibia IV, the presence/absence of median eyes, and the shape of the female gonopod.

   Leg I: Tibia with 23 articles and tarsus (basitarsus+distitarsus) with 41 articles. Leg IV (Fig. 13): Basitibia with 4 pseudoarticles and 1 medial trichobothrium on the last article. Distitibia with 3 basal and 15 distal trichobothria; frontal and caudal series with 6 trichobothria each.
