   When I first started to ride Comet (I 1/2 leased her at first), she'd turn and try to bite you if you touched her "armpits"...or if you got anywhere south of what would be her belly button area. She did NOT want her "nippies" touched or for anyone to even get NEAR them!

   I just read your reply to my wife, she's raised up nieces and nephews from the time they came home from the hospital (now they've got their own kids) and she's had her nippies twisted a time or two......... she got a good laugh and said it's another reason we're glad just to be Aunties!

   She also had some swelling earlier, when the mares were all in a serious "end of summer" cycle. Her nippies were all swollen...we teased that she went from an "A-cup" to a "C-cup" and Liza was dripping if you can believe that!
