Meanings
plural polypipes
- A pipe made from polybutylene.

A few years ago, the fisherman ^([sic]) on the Li River began making their fishing rafts out of plastic polypipes instead of the traditional bamboo because they lasted longer. She tells me they are now going back to using bamboo. Their plastic rafts, which used to last more than five years, are now lasting less than one.
