Meanings
plural rodizios
- A Brazilian all-you-can-eat restaurant, most especially a churrascaria steakhouse restaurant which primarily serves grilled meats.
The nine meats in the rodizio — skewers of which are held aloft by waiters roaming the dining room — were of varying quality. Best were the succulent chicken, juicy sausages, turkey wrapped in bacon and flavorful skirt steak.
