   The conservatives here in Dallas don't like big government tax bills so the number of police in Dallas County is horribly low given the number of knuckle-dragging street apes roaming around. The cops are pretty much at 100% utilization of their time and other resources so they generally only concentrate on making busts that increase violent crime statistics.
