Meanings
comparative more unpromptly · superlative most unpromptly
- Without promptness; after a delay.
No matter how promptly or unpromptly we enact the budget, you simply cannot get those three sets of numbers working simultaneously, and the deficit is quite sensitive now to some of those numbers. So you cannot have it all three ways at once.
