Is there an application that will let use broadcast audio and let individual machines 'tune in' on the connection?? Will we get decent bandwidth (i.e. sample rates at 32 or 48 kHz) or the crappy bandwidth like 8.192 kHz used for voice over IP (i.e. NeVOT) ??

Some hard-core Internet fanatics, who detest telephone companies for a living (something about being chased away from the pay phone they were phreaking as a kid), will try to run voice over IP. It is like teaching a pig to sing: It won't sound good, and it annoys the pig.
