Meanings
- A sporting event, somewhat like the Olympic Games, held every four years and involving athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations.
The station will also play a key role in next summer's Commonwealth Games, which is scheduled to begin on July 28 2022. The University of Birmingham is one of several sites across the region which will host major events. In the university's case, squash and hockey matches will be played there.
