Shangshui

In Shangshui county of Honan Province during a period of three months in 1950, 90 women were driven to death by family mistreatment.

We should follow the example of the Shangshui County CCP Committee; persevere in taking the struggle betweeen^([sic – meaning between]) the two lines as the stand high and see far; conscientiously implement the party's policy of taking account of the interests of the state, the collective and the individual; and educate the masses to recognize the greater, overall interests so they will remember the party's leadership when they have a good harvest, remember the interests of the state, sell more agricultural products to the state, and deliver the agricultural products in good time.
