   Idk, seems mostly psychological. I'm the same height and weighed even less before working out (total framelet ~130lbs to ~157lbs now). Guy probably had no programming or diet and just fucked around doing curls or something.

   Did you have poor diet as a kid? Or any healthy issue? How tall are your parents? Are they framelets too? I suffer from the same thing but I am not sure if I caused it or it is just genetics.
